It would be more appropriate to call this magnificent structure as commercial palace because it has 105m length. It is formed by two long galleries and a longitudinal main place. These three places are separated from each other by series of pillars.
It is understood that the gallery located to the east of the building had a lower floor due to the differences in height and the main place had a higher ceiling. The arched openings can be seen from the theater hill on the east.
- The additional section of basilica, where public works were performed
It is 15 m high and its dimension are 20x25m and it is in fairly good state. The wall is decorated with niches and thickness is 2m. It is clear that it was surrounded by columns. In this building the public works were performed and this building appended to the basilica from the northern side. The building has gates which provide entry to the basilica on the south side with a main entrance located on its north side.
The presence of the wall windows gives the impression that the building had two floors.
