It is easy to reach this park by following the asphalt road which separates towards the north at the 49. km. of Alanya - Antalya highway. This road reaches Beskonak after passing Tasagil.
The national park’s recreational texture is formed by the river Kopru.
This river’s variable character creates an ideal track for the rafting sport. Daily visit sites and camping along the river which are shaded with the trees make up the most important activities of the National Park.
The geological formation of the region made of conglomera, sandstone, clay and limestone masses of rocks makes the carstic ground formations possible. Owing to its length of 14km. and its walls exceeding 100m. height the valley formed by the river Kopru between the Beskonak and Bolasan village, which makes up the natural source of the National Park, is the longest canyon of Turkey.
The plant cover in National Park formed by the cedar, cypress and pine trees and many other tree species with leaves which extend from the feet of the valley up to the naked peaks of the mountains are supported with the rich maqui groups.
The species have diminished in number as a result of the illegal hunting althouh National Park had a rather diverse wild life. The main members of the wild life include marten, wolf, badger, deer, fox, rabbit, chamois and bear. In the river Kopru and its branches there is plenty of trout.
Inside the National Park there are also ruins of the ancient city of Selge.
Among the other archaeological riches of the park there are Oluk and Bugrum bridges on the river Kocacay and Kopru, and the historical road covered with stone which connects Selge to the coastal cities of Pamphylia.
National Park houses the places like cafeteria and buffet and also the areas reserved for picnic and camping.
